Unlike our competitors, we connect a large ecosystem of international, national and local carriers, including 100% green alternatives, helping our customers to be more efficient, consumer-friendly and responsible in their Last Mile operations. As we maintain a direct connection with the Information System of the carriers, we can dispatch deliveries by comparing real-time availability, capability and price-lists of the carriers. We do not solely deliver a technological platform; we also provide guidance and advice to help our customers choose the best transportation solutions, by leveraging our expertise in the logistic field and the historical data generated by the platform. We are engaged towards sustainable and socially responsible transportation, we closely support and animate our transportation partners with regular one-to-one interactions.

The orchestration platform developed by Woop enables omnichannel brands to promote low carbon transportation services, therefore bringing more electric vehicles or cargo bikes on the road for the last mile delivery. The environmental impact is one of the 3 criteria used to choose a carrier when orchestrating a delivery. Using decarbonated vehicles and green-focused carriers for urban deliveries is now a must. But due to the extensive costs of deployment, these specific carriers only cover a limited territory and some major cities. By aggregating multiple green carriers, we can give access to a wide and meshed coverage of green capabilities, supporting an exceptional customer experience. Our routing application also enables transport carriers to optimize by 23% their trips when delivering products to consumers, reducing by that amount noise and air pollution, congestion and carbon footprint.
